   By placing an order with WaaW Kitchen, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. WaaW Kitchen reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders
   All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or for any other valid reason.

3. Prices & Payment
   All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery or pickup.

4. Preparation & Delivery Time
   Estimated preparation and delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on order volume, location, and other circumstances. Delays may occur during peak hours.

5. Cancellations & Changes
   Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed after preparation has started.

6. Refunds & Returns
   Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a mistake in the order or a quality issue reported immediately upon receipt.

7. Food Allergies
   Customers are responsible for informing WaaW Kitchen of any food allergies or special dietary requirements before placing an order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if this information is not provided.

8. Quality Guarantee
   We aim to provide fresh and high-quality food. However, taste preferences may vary and do not qualify for a refund.

9. Liability
   WaaW Kitchen is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our control.
